1. ZUURBERG, ADDO & SCHOTIA

(2 night/ 3 day)

Day 1:              Arrive at Zuurberg Mountain Inn and enjoy tea and lunch.  Lunch and tea is included in the package.  Please note that check in time is from 2pm, you are welcome to arrive earlier and enjoy lunch.  Depart for Addo Elephant Park for Sundowner Drive.  Transfers are included in the cost if required.  You can enjoy dinner back at the hotel after your game drive.

Day 2:              Breakfast at Zuurberg Mountain Inn.  Lunch is included in the packages.  Depart for an Afternoon Drive in Schotia.  Dinner is included in the drive.  Please note that you will have to use your own vehicle to get to Schotia.

Day 3:              Breakfast at Zuurberg Mountain Inn. Depart for next destination.  Check out time – 11am.

2.         ZUURBERG, ADDO, ADDO WILDERNESS & SCHOTIA 
(3 night/ 4 day)

Day 1:              Arrive at Zuurberg Mountain Inn and enjoy tea and lunch.  Lunch and tea is included in the package.  Please note that check in time is from 2pm, you are welcome to arrive earlier and enjoy lunch.  Depart for Addo Elephant Park for Sundowner Drive.  Transfers are included in the cost if required.  You can enjoy dinner back at the hotel after your game drive.

Day 2:              Breakfast at Zuurberg Mountain Inn.  Two options available – Schotia Afternoon Game Drive (includes dinner) or Addo Wilderness Drive(includes lunch and drinks).  If you do the Addo Wilderness, then breakfast will be at 7:30am. 

Day 3:              Breakfast at Zuurberg Mountain Inn.  Go on either Schotia or Addo Wilderness drive.  (Whichever one they haven’t done yet.)

Day 4:              Breakfast at Zuurberg Mountain Inn.  Depart for next destination.  Check out time – 11am.

4                    ZUURBERG, SCHOTIA & SHAMWARI

(2 night/ 3 day)

Day 1:              Arrive at Zuurberg Mountain Inn and enjoy a lunch (if on time).  Lunch is included in the package.  Depart for Schotia Afternoon Drive.  Dinner is included in the Afternoon Drive.  If they arrive too late for the Schotia Afternoon Drive, then the guest can do the Schotia Morning Drive on their day of departure.  The Morning Drive includes a lunch. Please note that check in time is 2pm.

Day 2:              Breakfast at Zuurberg Mountain Inn.  Depart for Shamwari Game Reserve for the Day Programme.  Lunch is included in the package.  Return to the hotel in the late afternoon.  Enjoy dinner back at the hotel.

Day 3:              Breakfast at Zuurberg Mountain Inn.  Depart for next destination.  Check out time – 11am.

5                    HORSE TRAILS WITH BUSH CAMP

This is a two night, 3-day package.  The first night is spent at Narina Bush Camp and the second night at Zuurberg Mountain Inn.  You must be a relatively experienced rider to do this package.  The hotel will provide food and drinks for the first night.

Day 1:              Please check in at the hotel.  You will be shown where you go to collect your horses and meet your guide.  You will ride for about three hours to get to Narina Bush Camp.  Your luggage will be taken separately to the camp. Please note that the horse rides leave at 9am, 11am or 2pm.  We would suggest that you arrive at 1pm and have a quick lunch before departing to Narina Bush Camp and overnight at the camp.

Day 2:              Return to the hotel where you will be taken to you room.  Lunch is included in the package.  Your next horse ride is in the Addo Elephant Park at 2pm till 5pm.  Enjoy dinner back at the hotel.

Day 3:              Breakfast at Zuurberg Mountain Inn.  Depart for next destination.  Check out time – 11am.

6                    HORSE TRAILS

This is a two night, 3-day package.  Spend both nights at the hotel.  Go on a 3-hour ride in the Addo Elephant Park on the first day and a 5-hour ride up at Zuurberg Mountain Inn on the second day.   You must be a relatively experienced rider to do this package.

Day 1:              Arrive at Zuurberg Mountain Inn and have an early lunch.  Your horse ride is in the Addo Elephant Park at 2pm.  You must consider your travelling time.  Enjoy dinner back at the hotel.

Day 2:              Breakfast at Zuurberg Mountain Inn.  Go on a 5-hour horse ride up at Zuurberg Mountain Inn.  Have lunch after your horse ride.  Enjoy dinner back at the hotel.

Day 3:              Breakfast at Zuurberg Mountain Inn.  Depart for next destination.  Check out time – 11am.

Terms and conditions

• All the above packages are on a self – drive basic except where specified.  Transfers can be arranged at an additional cost.

• Although all the above packages are set, they are also flexible to suit everyone’s needs to a point.

• All meals are included in the above mentioned packages.

• Drives times from Zuurberg Mountain Inn to game reserves are the following:
• To Addo Elephant Park – 25 minutes
• To Bayethe – 1-½ hours
• To Schotia – 1 hour
• To Shamwari – 1 hour

• Check in time at the hotel is 2pm.

• Check out time is 11am.

• Game drive times are not specified in the packages as these change in winter and again in summer.

• Year is from 1^st October to 31 September the following year.

• Cancellation policy: 
• More than 30 days prior to arrival – no charge.
• More than 7 days and less than 30 days prior to arrival – 50 % cancellation fee.
• Less than 7 days prior to arrival – no refund.

• Full payment 30 days prior to arrival to be made directly to Zuurberg Mountain Inn.

• Packages based on a 48-hour stay cycle (72-hour cycle for 4-day package).

• Zuurberg Mountain Inn will book and confirm entire package – only one payment required.

• Conference groups may use our conference room at no additional charge.

• Children:         

Six years and older:  under supervision of parents permitted on the game drives.

Ten years and older:  only admitted on the wilderness safaris due to duration of the tour.

• Baby-sitting service available at Zuurberg Mountain Inn.

• All services provided subject to availability and weather permitting.
