You are sitting
astride a horse as he stands face to face with a buffalo
and curiously sniffs the buffalo’s nose.
Just half an hour later you are standing,
relaxed, close to two rhinos, photographing them from
the saddle as they seek shade from the midday sun. This
same horse will then carry you, unflinchingly, along
paths bordered on both sides with an abundance of game,.... tracking leopard. |

We
pride ourselves as having some of the best
horses in the trail game which are selected with
the same criteria as would be for selecting an event
horse. We use various breeds such as the Boerperd &
Basuto Pony which adapt to the harsh environment of
the mountains and crossing slippery streams to fast
gallops on the plains, and standing their ground against
the Big Five game. |
