DAY 1
Depart from Johannesburg early and travel
east to the picturesque old mining village of Pilgrim's Rest. After lunch enjoy
a scenic drive along the panoramic route on top of the Drakensberg, stopping at
the Blyde River Canyon. Overnight near the entrance to the Park.
DAY 2
A very early morning start into the
game-rich central section of the Kruger Park where we spend the day viewing
game. We will stop at one of the rest camps for a lunch break. Overnight in the
Park.
DAY 3
Commences with an early morning game drive followed
by breakfast. We return to the wild to look for various species not yet spotted,
returning to the lodge in time for a night drive in an open game tracking
vehicle with spot lights looking for more nocturnal animals, including
sundowners in the bush and returning after dark for dinner.
DAY 4
Start the day (optional) with a bush walk
accompanied by a ranger. After a healthy breakfast, we leave the lodge and head
back for Johannesburg arriving at about 18h00.
Included: Accommodation; ground transportation and driver/guide; entry to the
Kruger Park, all game drives, night drive, breakfasts; tourism
levy and sales tax.
Excluded are lunches,
dinners, morning game walk, drinks,
tips and personal items
