General Booking Information

A 50% Deposit is required in order to confirm a reservation. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Kindly Note that:  

  • Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival will receive a Full Refund of the Deposit.

  • Cancellations received 15 - 29 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% Refund of the Deposit.
  • Cancellations received 1 - 14 days prior to arrival will  Forfeit the Deposit.  

WE STRONGLY URGE GUESTS TO TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE WHICH INCLUDES A CANCELLATION COVERAGE. 

METHOD OF PAYMENT : Payment can be made by:

 
1.  Bank Transfer:  Banking details will be supplied on request.

Payments can be made direct from your bank to ours via Swift Electronic Transfer.  Please notify us via e-mail once such a transaction has been made.
 
2.  Credit Card.  

3. Cash/Travellers Cheques payable on arrival.  Credit Card details will be required to act as a deposit.

NOTE: Payments within the Republic of South Africa can be made by Direct Deposit into our bank account.
